Delete your Calree account

Calree (“we”, “our”, or “us”) lets you delete your account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete in the Calree app (recommended)
If you can still access the app, use in-app deletion for the fastest processing:
- Open the Calree app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and server-side data are removed immediately after confirmation. Local data on your device is also cleared.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your Calree account:
Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When your Calree account is deleted, we remove from our servers:
- Account profile (name, email, onboarding preferences)
- Food logs, meals, custom foods, and food images tied to your account
- Exercise, water, and weight history
- Nutrition goals and related tracking data
- Email verification (OTP) records for your address
Data that may be retained
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Legal, security, or billing records where required by law (for example fraud prevention or tax), typically up to 90 days unless a longer period is required
- Information held by third-party services (such as Google, Apple, Meta, Google AdMob, or RevenueCat) under their own privacy policies. Cancel active subscriptions separately in Google Play or Apple ID subscription settings if applicable
